All manuscripts must be submitted via the MLHI Online Submission System. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be prepared according to the guidelines below.
This guideline is intended to assist authors in preparing their manuscripts. To prevent avoidable delays in the review and typesetting process, MLHI strongly encourages authors to read these guidelines carefully before writing the manuscript.
MLHI publishes research articles, review papers, and short communications. All papers must be written in English with clear and concise language. The editorial team reserves the right to make necessary grammatical and stylistic corrections.
Every submission must include a cover letter stating:
The manuscript is original work, has not been published previously (in whole or part), and is not under consideration elsewhere.
All authors have reviewed the final manuscript, approved its submission to MLHI, and accept responsibility for its content.
Any ethical, copyright, or disclosure issues must be disclosed in the letter.
Authors must declare all conflicts of interest or state "No conflicts of interest" if applicable.
Authors must confirm their commitment to pay the Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance.
Authors must strictly use the official MLHI Manuscript Template (available at Link]). Submissions not following the template will be returned for reformatting.

As an open-access journal, MLHI charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance. No other fees apply.
APC Structure:
International Authors: $10 USD
Authors from Pakistan:
Professionals: PKR 5,000
Students: PKR 2500
Fee waivers may be considered for exceptional cases (contact editor@mlhi.org).
Plagiarism Check: All submissions are screened via Turnitin. Manuscripts with >15% similarity (excluding references) will be rejected.
Ethical Approvals: For studies involving humans/animals, provide ethics committee approval details in the Methods section.
Data Availability: Authors may be asked to share raw data during peer review.
