Publishing Frequency

Machine Learning for Human Intelligence (MLHI) follows a biannual publication schedule to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality research in the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence, human-centered computing, and related interdisciplinary domains.

The journal publishes two issues per year, released according to the following schedule:

  • March

  • September

This publication schedule allows the journal to maintain a consistent cycle while ensuring sufficient time for a rigorous peer-review and editorial process.

Online First Publication

To facilitate the rapid dissemination of research findings, Machine Learning for Human Intelligence (MLHI) offers an “Online First” publication option. Under this model, manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review and editorial process may be published online before their assignment to a specific issue.

Articles published through the Online First system are fully peer-reviewed, copyedited, and assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), allowing them to be cited immediately by the research community. These articles are subsequently included in the next available scheduled issue.

Commitment to Timely Publication

Machine Learning for Human Intelligence (MLHI) is committed to maintaining a transparent and reliable publication timeline, ensuring that all accepted manuscripts are published according to the journal’s scheduled issues while upholding the highest standards of academic quality and editorial integrity.
